The best and worst parts

The welcoming vibe and modern amenities made my family feel right at home, especially with the cozy room featuring a mini fridge and awesome breakfast options! !

Unfortunately, noise disturbances from nearby events and poor communication from staff regarding services diminished our experience during our stay.

A Refreshing Stay with Great Comfort

Enjoyed my 5-night stay in a spacious room equipped with a comfortable king bed. The location is perfect with cafes and shops nearby for breakfast. The staff's friendliness made my solo trip feel welcoming. I indulged in the local dining options which added to my experience. Definitely recommend for relaxation!

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work properly.

The location excels with a plethora of nearby dining options, and the pool area provides a fun environment for families. Afternoon staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay feel welcoming. However, a late-night check-in turned frustrating due to strict ID policies. both guests were required to identify, causing undue stress. While cleanliness was commendable, the noise from the hallway could be an issue due to its proximity to the elevator.

The hotel was decent overall, boasting a comfy king room, but unfortunate cleanliness issues impacted my experience. The breakfast rule was perplexing, forcing guests to eat in common areas, which was less than ideal. While the location is good, the stay could definitely improve in service and cleanliness.

Decent stay overall

Had a pretty good time during my 4 nights. The room was nice, comfy bed, but my closet was a bit off the rail. Breakfast had some solid choices, but the scrambled eggs could use a little help. The wifi was a total bust for the weekend, though. They said it’d be fixed, but nope. Wouldn’t mind coming back if I got a different room.

Had an awesome weekend getaway with friends! We enjoyed local attractions like the nearby arcade and shopping center. The hotel had great amenities like a pool and spacious rooms with 32-inch LED TVs. Just be aware, the coffee situation can be hit or miss if you're a caffeine lover!

One downside was that the coffee situation was frustrating. We had trouble getting coffee packets during our stay.

the stay was comfortable and convenient, just a short walk to a lovely park and nearby cafes like Panera Bread featuring fast, tasty meals, making it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls and delicious food without straying far from my room.

i really enjoyed my stay at comfort suites. the friendly and helpful staff quickly moved me to a quieter room when there was a loud band next door. the new room was spacious and clean. breakfast offered a great variety, and the hotel is conveniently located near the toll road.

It was just a commendable fit for a momentary visit in Elgin with excellent value for money. I appreciated having the adjustable shower head, which was perfect for my needs. Be sure to check your water temperature early in the morning to avoid cold showers.
